| Dang, where does the time go. It's almost July! It's freaking hot outside. Not just hot, it's humid, smoggy, just down right gross. Nothing much going on. Took a trip to Charleston not too long ago. Actually, I think it was two weeks ago but it felt like last week. It was short but had tons of fun. Needed to get away and definitely loved it. A lil burnt, but nothing too bad. Can't wait for another trip! Still working. Anyone have any ideas of an easy, well-paid PT job, let me know. I'm looking for a way out....I can't handle it anymore, esp when I am told how to bag. I almost dropped kicked someone in the face. Seriously, WTF. Just cuz I stood there for o my goodness a whole 10 sec waiting for the cashier to pass the next product on the conveyor belt, that's oh so wrong. I had to "move on" to the next cashier. whatever. Yea I was just a lil offended. Other than that, still apathetic but so it goes. I miss the cold weather. I can't wait until fall/winter. This weather sux. | | |

| My oh my, has it really been a little over a month since my last posting? I guess so. Hmm...the real world isn't so bad. I just make it sound that way sometimes. Although, I will not understate the problems with traffic. I must share this experience as I think I almost tore down the traffic lights. There are lot's of factors that contribute to traffic as we all know and have experienced. 1.) stupid drivers...obviously...but 2.) the stupid traffic lights themselves. I was on my way to grab some breakfast one morning, and usually, the road I take isn't too bad. It was a little before 7:30, and I figured I could take the same road that I usually take. Yes, I was wrong. I sat at the same traffic light 4 lights before I could make my turn, and even when I made my turn I was still blocking the intersection. That's when I think to myself, could the traffic lights not have better timing? I mean what was backing the turning lane up was the light after me. It would turn red as soon as ours turned green...and that was how it was programmed...which is to me, the most ridiculous thing ever. Anyway, needless to say, I made it to work in the nick of time when I usually have at least 15 minutes to spare on a bad day. Other news going on? hmm...Alumni luncheon is today. Pretty excited about seeing all da old skewl folks. Have this weekend off...and probably no plans. Oh, I need to go somewhere, but I don't know where. Any suggestions? or any interests in a road trip? | | |
| Losing an hour of sleep tonight. So it goes. Nothing much is going on. Been to a couple of movies that's about it. Worked mad overtime last week. Tons going on at work. That's about it. Haven't really done much of anything else. It's all a routine now. Oh yea, and I forgot today was the 10th. I was convinced it was the 11th. Oops. Well, off into oblivion I go. Peace. | | |
